The Customer Comes First
One of the first things we learned was that in order to run a
successful business, you have to put your customers first. Now, we know that everyone says
that the customer comes first, but we actually mean it. You see, we know that
over fifty percent of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. Simply stated, if we didn't treat our customers with respect, understanding, and
patience we wouldn't be in business today.

We've learned over the years that what you
want, as a customer, is simple. You need your computers to work for you, not against you. If
your computer breaks down, you want it fixed quickly, professionally, and
affordably; that's it. You don't care about how many "gigs" or how many
"megs" your
