Well, its been ten years now since we made our first service call and during that time you could say that we've learned a thing or two about our customers and our industry in general.
The customer comes first
One of the first things we learned was that in order to run a successful business you have to put your customers first. Now we know that everyone says that the customer comes first, but we actually mean it. You see, we know that over fifty percent of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. Simply stated if we didn't treat our customers with respect, understanding, and patience we wouldn't be in business today.
What you want is simple
Another thing that we've learned over the years is that what you as a customer wants is simple. You want your computers to work for you not against you. If your computer breaks down you want it fixed quickly, professionally, and affordably; that's it. You don't care about how many gig or how much meg your computer needs to work. You just want it to work the way it was meant to, plain and simple!
